Access to the facilities is included for guests on a spa break or spa day. You’ll love our refurbished pool area, new sauna, steam room and spa bath. When you’re not in the water you can relax in a lounger with views over the surrounding parkland.

Lounge Bar & Terrace
Lunch for spa day guests is served in the lounge bar or on the terrace which overlooks the parkland. You are welcome to wear your spa robe and often we will seat you on the mezzanine section of the bar so you won’t feel conspicuous with hotel guests! Lunch is included for spa day guests and is one course from the lounge bar menu. You can add on drinks, starters, sides and desserts.
Gardens & Woodlands
Take some time out during your visit to explore the woodlands and spend some time in nature. Follow the path down to the sunken garden, walk by the wish trees, and look out for the fairy door trail.

Bookings for spa days and treatments can either be done over the phone on 0121 334 23 23 or online via our website. Please note the full payment is taken upon booking for all treatments and spa days.
We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for just treatments and a 7-day cancellation and rescheduling policy for all spa day packages. Any cancellations made within these timeframes will incur a 100% charge.
Yes, spa day guests are able to book classes for during their spa day. Please contact the Leisure Club directly with the class you would like, the date and the number of guests and they can check the availability to book this in. We recommend booking in advance to secure the class you would like.
If you choose to just book a treatment then facility use is not included. To enjoy our spa facilities too, then you will need to book a spa experience
or a hotel room.
We offer a variety of different lengths of treatment times. All treatment times include a verbal consultation, time to get yourself on the treatment bed, the treatment itself and any aftercare advice.
We offer facials, exfoliation, massages, pregnancy massages, waxing, tinting and nail treatments
Of course! We recommend booking treatments in advance to secure the date and time you would like. Please note facility use is not included when just booking a standalone treatment.
Yes, we do offer a double treatment room where two guests can enjoy their treatments together. If you wish to have this room, please let us know upon booking. This room is subject to availability.
Guests visiting us for spa experiences and treatments must be at least 16 years old. An over 18-year-old must attend with any guests who are 16 or 17, whether that be for a spa day or just treatments. We cannot offer any body treatments to guests under 18, however they can still enjoy facials and nail treatments, as long as they have an over 18-year-old in the room with them.
It is not recommended that pregnant guests use the sauna or steam room or the spa pool when the jets are on. We do however have the pool and relaxation room which can be enjoyed during the day. We do not offer any treatments for guests who are under 12 weeks pregnant. Between 12 and 37 weeks we can offer any of our facials, TEMPLESPA AAAHHH!, TEMPLESPA THE OUTER GLOW, Shoulder, Neck & Scalp Massage, TEMPLESPA NEW BEGINNINGS MASSAGE and Manicures and Pedicures.
For any surgeries or operations that have happened within the past 6 months we would require a medical note stating that you are safe to have a treatment with us. Without this we may be unable to offer you a treatment. We ask for the guest who has had the surgery/operation to contact us directly upon booking, so that we can ensure we have the correct information to help make an informed decision on what treatments we can offer you.
For all guests who have been diagnosed with and/or are undergoing any form of treatment for cancer we would require a medical note stating that you are safe to have a treatment with us. Without this we may be unable to offer you a treatment.
