What a lovely hotel. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Quick check in process and a really nice well presented room. We didn’t have an evening meal but the buffet breakfast was really nice, well cooked and the staff were again very attentive.

Right in the part of Lichfield where most of the bars and restaurants are situated.The hotel was a lovely venue for all sixteen of us to stay at and such friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were adequately stocked and extremely clean all were air conditioned. The food was second to none and must mention the mashed potatoes with the fresh herbs infused.

Generally good. Lovely air-conditioned room. Good breakfasts and dinners. BUT the bar prices were exorbitant – £3.70 for a Schweppes Tonic mixer! Disgraceful.
