Our friends at Sound Healing Heaven are bringing a unique relaxation experience to Moor Hall Hotel, a floating sound bath.
Drift effortlessly on the pool, on your own air bed, as the gentle movement of the water combines with the resonant tones of crystal bowls. The session begins with gentle meditation to help you settle in and quiet the mind. This deeply restorative experience is designed to melt away stress, encourage emotional release, improve sleep and leave you feeling lighter in body and mind.
If you’d prefer not to float, you can still enjoy the peaceful atmosphere from a comfortable poolside lounger.
Please bring a blanket for extra comfort.

Please note our sound bath is not suitable during pregnancy, for those with epilepsy or a fitted pacemaker, and may also require additional guidance if you have metal plates, severe mental health issues, recent migraines, flu, ear problems, or use hearing aids (please contact Selina on 07704 078796 before booking).
