Our spacious Charter Suite, with private entrance, bar and conservatory overlooking scenic gardens, accommodates up to 180 guests. We’ll help create a wonderful night and can recommend extras like magicians, casino tables and decorations.

- Come up with entertainment ideas: we can help with suggesting photobooths, a magician, live music and much more!
- Extra additions: hire our doughnut wall, sweet cart, popcorn machine or ask us about our local suppliers
- Book a photographer: we can suggest some great local photographers
- Send out invites and advertise in school
- Pick a Prom Song!
- Finalise — menus, timings, decorations, details and payments
- Set up the prom suite and party!
