We have a limited number of dog friendly rooms available, so you can bring your furry friend along for your stay. Whether it’s a midweek pit stop or a weekend of wanders and walkies, your dog can enjoy the comfort of our dog friendly bedrooms.

Talking of walkies. We are paw-fectly placed for the best walkies around. Just a bones throw from Sutton park and there is plenty of space to roam around our woodlands! And when they come to stay, we treat them like VIP’s. They’ll have tasty tail wagging treats waiting for them.

Terms & Conditions

  • £25 pet fee for the first night, £10 for each additional night. 
  • Guest will need to provide their own dog bed or blanket. 
  • Dogs must be on a lead whilst moving around the hotel
  • Dogs are not permitted in The Oak Room restaurant.
  • Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am.
  • Guests have access to the leisure facilities between check in and check out.
  • Must be pre-paid at the booking stage.
  • This offer is non-amendable and non-cancellable.

Other benefits of booking direct are access to all room types (our hot tub rooms are only available when you book directly) and all direct bookings have complimentary access to our leisure facilities which include gym, indoor pool, spa bath and steam room (guests who book via booking.com, etc; are charged £10 per person per day to use these facilities).
